The citizens of the clan gather together at An'jhali's request to hold a council. She declares that any who wish to speak will raise their hand and given a miniature statue to hold (the same one found by the Blacksmith.) The one holding the statue will be given the council floor and will not be interrupted. Once that person is done talking they will give the statue back. The council formally begins.
