Rykilth was one of five ex-slavers who were adopted into the Tei'kaliath after the Slaver Ambush and was also the first Drowussu to be become apart of the clan. When it came time for him to make his case before An'jhali he swore his fealty to her, but claimed he would not apologize for defending himself when walking into an ambush. Even though An'jhali did not trust him, she allowed him to join the clan.
Rykilth served as a harvester under Katralya and was often consulted when dealing with Chelian flora. He was also sometimes asked for advise when the buying goods from Chelians, in particular the traveling Val'Nal'Sarkoth merchants.
He is listed as having died during the war with the Dvaraka.
Rykilth was of average height for a drowussu male with a slight build. His attire consisted of a pale long-sleeved shirt with a pattered blue vest on top and brown pants. His hair was dyed black and mostly tied back in a top-knot with long bangs framing his face.

Son to a poor peddler, Rykilth's mother doted upon her only child in hopes that he would make a better life for himself by joining a passing caravan or merchant. Not one to disappoint his mother and mentor, he sought employ with a few traders specializing in slave handling - a stable job, working as errand runner and accountant for their growing operations in the city. Despite many years of dangerous living and adventures abroad with the slavers, a mishap with the living cargo led to an unexpected ambush by unknowns who call themselves the Tei'kaliath. Now, suddenly and brutally under the mercy of his captors, he offers his meager services in hopes to have his life spared.
